No Recurring Software Subscriptions
There are no monthly RaW Modus software fees, additional per-room licensing charges, or royalties on authorized commercial experiences.
External Equipment
Monitors, televisions, HDMI distribution systems, connection accessories, installation services, and room modifications are purchased and arranged separately.
Customers are responsible for the selection, compatibility, installation, maintenance, and performance of their own third-party audiovisual equipment.
RaW Energy Systems LLC does not guarantee the number of displays, rooms, or HDMI outputs that independently selected distribution equipment can support.

RaW Modus systems are prepared and configured by RaW Energy Systems LLC.
Each purchase includes one compact HP computer with the complete proprietary RaW Modus software preinstalled and configured.
Systems are prepared according to current production availability. Estimated preparation and shipping dates are provided during the purchasing process.
Every system is supplied ready for connection to compatible customer-provided display equipment.
External monitors, HDMI distribution systems, and installation services are not included.
Preparation & Shipping
RaW Modus systems are prepared and configured to order.
Orders ship within 15 business days of order placement, subject to successful payment verification.
This is approximately three business weeks to shipment, not delivery. Delivery transit times vary by destination and shipping carrier.
Complimentary standard shipping is included for eligible United States destinations.
Tracking information is provided when your order ships.
If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, customers will be notified and provided applicable delay, cancellation, and refund options in accordance with governing law.
